Several states have passed shield laws in recent months to counter the anti-trans laws

that are proliferating in the United States. Washington becomes the 10th!

For some reason, those of us on the Left Coast (west), while expensive, are the most expansive for human rights.

Good to hear.  Washington State has some very, very conservative areas outside of the major cities (as does Oregon), so it's not always a safe bet on liberal issues.

I am seeing responses to other polls done in the eastern that show that the current majority legislators do not really represent their constituents on the Trans / LGB issues.  I am hoping they have not been disenfranchised by current low riders.
