@Slavictaki I am not sure whether to interpret your post as meaning you're out and about and that is the reason you don't have anything other garments to change into, or that you simply do not own any alternative garments to this binder. In general, a binder should not cause you physical pain; do not replace pain of dysphoria with physical pain. Physical pain due to a binder may be temporary or a sign that the binder is ill-fitting for you. Either way, you need to take it off asap to avoid injury - listen to your body. If you are saying you're out in public and cannot, get home as soon as you can, or if possible step out to your nearest department store and procure an alternative that will get you through the day until you get home. If you are at work, say, and cannot step out, if you keep a sweater or jacket at work, remove the binder in the restroom and cover up with the outer garment (or see about borrowing an outer garment from a co-worker with the excuse that you have a chill, assuming you work indoors). If you are at home, remove the binder and rest your ribs. Try again tomorrow. If you get pain every time you wear that binder, then it is not the right one for you. Until you can find a reasonable replacement binder which you can tolerate, there are braless hacks you can try to obscure the chest like strategic layering with athletic tanks, compression garments, oversize graphic tees, and patterned buttondowns.

There's a thread here entitled "how's it going fellas" where some such strategies have been discussed. Also search this site for discussions on binders and chest dysphoria.

@Slavictaki glad your school had that resource you were able to use. My bad for not considering you're a student. Indeed, at your age there's still physical development happening. So, it's not too surprising that a binder that usually is comfortable for you might fit differently at another point in time. Knowing this, you might consider trying to wear it again, but try it out this weekend and only for a limited amount of time as an experiment. Now you know if you try wearing that one school again, to bring a backup plan. Happy to help. I hope you're able to find something that works better for you. Definitely don't try to power through with pain, it's not worth it. Have a great weekend.

I think there is some truth in this.  They intend to implement Project 2025, whether or not he spends his energies persecuting the Democrats who have been persecuting him (in his view, a debatable point) and does nothing else.   I have seen numerous accusations that the document is about "Trumpism", whatever that is, and is merely a vehicle for him to become dictator.  From what I have read so far, that is the same sort of truth as the Steele Dossier, denying the validity of a certain laptop, Schiff's non-existence evidence of collaboration and a host of other things, many directly from Biden, that are simply not true.   I will continue reading it.

      Who, precisely, are "they"?

Wife of mine pointed out that not getting a haircut for a month looks hideous - weird bald patches.  So back to super- short buzz cut.  This morning I braced, looking in the mirror.  I look like a woman trying to pass as a a guy, maybe  a small-breasted woman with enough T treatment to grow a mustache.    I would not believe me if I read what I write about me.  This is nuts.   White t-shirt: that they sell in the back of WM so you can tie-dye them or otherwise decorate them. They are thick and long lasting and slightly fitted, so that they could be a man's.  I like them.   Jeans, flip flops.   I will no longer point out these are women's.  What else would I wear?

That is all that is necessary. I did the same thing. I must have gotten something wrong.

Quite right mate! I have been letting my hair grow out again (I cut it all off when I was 18).    I'll never look this good:    But I'll aspire to look my best! ☺️

I got my voting registration card the other day. So I can definitely vote in the general election this fall.

They want the freedom to take ours away.

Yeah, if Trump wins, they'll just flip it again.
    • Ivy
Nope.  He is merely a tool for them to get a foot in the door.  Any other "conservative" president would be fine - on the off chance he doesn't actually run. Trump's "policies" change with his whims.  Look how he's trying to back peddle on abortion.  The only thing he stands for is himself.
