I had to laugh when I saw this on another site, same paper, but the site had put the spin on it that this was to be a revocation of prior approval and support of us.

It sounds like they know what they're doing, and have our best interests at heart, both as humans and as patients.  We can't ask for more.  Despite the doctor's wonderment, be assured that they will get push-back from the "usual suspects."

It is great having all of the medical groups supporting us, however, it is sort of a hollow victory in that places like Florida reject science. I am waiting for someone to propose that only biblically sanctioned cures will be legal. That pesky measles and polio thingy...

Definitely a Positive, and appropriate to provide Guidelines for our care.

As the political storm hopefully passes this will certainly help us.  There are some who dismiss medicine(until they need it) but the majority of rational folks will be positively influenced by a supportive medical community.

Vicky, this often happens when someone only reads the headline.  And sometimes, we have to read the content more than once to ensure we are picking up the writer's actual intent.
