Pecs And Breasts

If I build up my pecs will it make my breasts bigger, smaller or just squarer? If it helps, I'm an A but before I gained weight I was a AA but I'm trying to lose weight again.

Building up your pecs may make your breasts APPEAR bigger, but they aren't, it is due to the increased muscle mass beneath them. If you are an A, you should still be able to hide them like I do, (I'm an A too until Monday...), easily. I wear t-shirts and loose fitting button down shirts. I find that having a bit of a belly helps as well. After my surgery, I will focus on removing the access abdominal fat but right now, I feel it is my friend! You might also check out some sites of female body builders because I've noticed that many of them don't appear to have breasts anymore due to so much muscle. Just a thought anyway. Hi again Praisebethehooves (love the name by the way hun), Im doin the rounds today.

So Pecs n Breasts, I heard a while back theres an exercise for mtf to improve our bust.

Ok, hope I get this right as I guess you will want to avoid, you know when you bench-

press free weights??? lying on your back ,,,,instead of pushing the weights straight up

you push at an angle towards your knees (very light weights ladies, please) , if a mtf

has a small bust this exercise will push up and out the breasts. So I guess if you are ftm

any other bench press stuff will be benificial . Luv, Viv.

This is very interesting subject...I do like a gazillion push-ups...and I don't see anything happening. I heard some guys saying that after they have top surgery they see where all their hard work went...

but as an additional question, we'll working out your chest and your overall body before top surgery give you better results?

Since this question is still mildly unresolved, I'll throw in what I know.

Most fitness websites I've seen say that doing pec exercises such as push ups will make your breasts smaller (and firmer, god that's embarrassing to write).

It probably does make the muscle beneath them bigger, which might make them look bigger though. Probably the best thing it to just do a lot of cardio (running everyday, best thing in the world if you can do it) to get rid of any excess fat in your breasts.

Regardless, I'm doing as many push ups a day as I possibly can. I'll do anything to reduce this extra chest baggage.
