right i'm making it blunt, haha, well firstly i enjoy penetrative intercourse as it is now pre-op, and know why this is, because the supposed 'male' G-spot is getting hit. Now I think that i heard somewhere that it is possible to have this moved and relocated during G.A.S. and was wondering if this was the truth? An if so does it produce results having the prostate relocated for post-operative pleasure?

Secondly i also heard of a case where a girl kept here Testes for pleasure reasons, and instantly put this down thinking how un-femme an idea this was, but slowly have come round to seeing how it may help keep labido or desire or what ever..lol, but how was this done woule they be where you put them during tucking or just relocated into the body? And.....would you still have the male sexual result in climax?

I have no idea. (please, what I know about MtF surgery actually would probably fit in a thimble <_< ) but I found this topic reeeal interesting and did read a little bit and it basically did say that the prostate was left intact and mostly for the reason that Skele said: sexual pleasure. And yes, (based on what's been said in articles about the skenes gland also....) I would also surmise that they are remarkably comparable since I recall one article that even mentioned them bein about the same in size also.

AND I remember reading a phrase once (...just popped in my mind....can't remember if it was a porn site or actually a medical site....) something like "the gland is only accessable anally because there is no vagina" -that sounds like if there were one you would access it the same way a natal female might.

The prostate is NEVER taken out or even moved. It's far too complicated to mess with. Under the influence of estrogen the prostate shrinks and becomes our G spot. The fact is it is made up of the same kind of tissue that a G spot is and it's located in the same place. After surgery your new G spot is located in the same place as a natal female. That is a little inside of the vagina and inside the anterior (front) wall.

Second, no reputable surgeon will allow you to keep your testicles. Implanting them inside of the body creates a cancer risk! Also if libido is your worry... do what some natal women do and take a low dose of testosterone. I have a post-op friend who does this and it is not unheard of.

Hmmm so it maybe hear'say? what you both say makes sense, it is an interesting concept though.

Skele, i am not post op, as of yet, lol, and is the skene gland not what is responsible for the female G-spot~?

Kaz,

Click on the illustration on the page in the link above. Wait, here's a direct link:

See where Skene's gland is located? That's where your prostate will be after SRS, the same place as where the natal G spot is found. Coincidence? I don't think so. Contrary to what the general public believes, male and female bodies have a lot of structures/tissues in common.
