Way too many to list, music is a huge part of my life, I think that everyone should have a theme song that plays whenever they are driving or walk into a room.

One with a little story to it is Chicago's "Wishing You Were here".

There is no actual person attached to this melancoly song, at least not for me, but I used to listen to it and dream of a wonderful romance and it was probably the first soundtrack to one of my female dreams.

Love ya,

Sally

Way too many!!

At the moment, one of my most relatable-to songs is "Misplaced" by Sonata Arctica. It just seems to fit to how I feel at times.

I'm in love with basically every song by Axxis (my favourite band, the singer is amazing and not to mention, really kind :D ). I love Doom of Destiny though. Just because he sounds awesome in it.

I agree with Sally, I've probably got hundreds of "favorite" songs. It depends a lot

on what kind of mood I'm in.

One particular song holds a lot of meaning for me; it's "Stand By Me" by Ben E. King.

Favorite love songs? "I Will" by the Beatles, and "For Emily, Wherever I May Find Her" by Simon

and Garfunkel.

Favorite melancholy mood song: "If You Could Read My Mind" by Gordon Lightfoot.

I recently found a group called Alter Bridge and they have a CD from 2007 called Blackbird. Three tracks that I listen to all the time: Brand New Start, Watch Over You, and, Wayward One.

I don't know. I have so many favorites that rotate through.

A good theme song might be "Read Good Man" by Tim McGraw or "I'm a Country Man" by The Lost Trailers.

I also have been listening to Jason Aldean's "Hicktown" and "She's Country" quite a bit.

I have also been listening to a lot of zydeco music too.

I don't have a single fave. that changes from time to time :P

Right now I really love the song "Innocence" by Halestorm (new band I think is awesome), but no particular reason other than it sounds appealing to my ears lol; some other ones - "The Running Free" by Coheed and Cambria, just because I identify with it well, especially since it came out right around the time I was making decisions about college (which was like my get away from home ticket :P), Hotel California, just because if you really look into the meaning it's kind of a big creepy metaphor which I think is cool. Trapt by Headstrong, also a song I just really identified with at the time it came out...

Oh and of course the one I quoted in my sig - Sleep Walking Elite by Chevelle. Although I have a lot of fave. songs by them..as well as by Garbage :D

I do have a favorite that I think is sort of my theme song for when Iam here doing what I love, helping my friends.

Simon & Garfunkel - "Bridge Over Troubled Water"

I suppose that I could also use this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7OPcZxp30g

Paul Simon's "Late in the Evening" - I was in attendence at the concert on Paul's birthday - he was dating Carrie fischer at the time and she showed up but the trumpet player that they show is Ron Tooley, a Maynard Ferguson band Alumnae and a great rumpet player - the keyboards are by Richard Tee - one of the best concerts that I have ever been to and that says a lot - I worked for a ticket company for a while!

Love ya all,

Sally

My favorite song, its close but I think I can pick. I will say "You know your Right", but Nirvana. I love the passion and anguish in the song. Kurt Cobain just pushes it of his chest, with his guitar moaning. It gets me every time, it is amazing. It was a hard choice. This song was actually only released after Kurt killed himself(so they say).
