I'm new to this and yet at the same time I'm not new to this. I'm 25. I have been dealing with gender identy problems ever since I can remember. I recently had an incident where I spent a day in the ER and then 9 days in the phsyc ward. During my stay there I wound up having to confront my family and opening up to them about mu issues. Now I just started seeing a gender identity specialist to hopefully start my transition. I live in the Oklahoma City area and was wondering if anyone here is around the same area as I am?

I was at a rehearsal and just got home so let me go into the kitchen and get you some cocoa and I'll whip up a batch of fresh baked cookies - the smell of cookies baking is the sign to everyone that we have a new member.

I first started seeing counselors in the 2nd grade when I wore my sisters panties and bra to school and the teacher found out. That was the first time and when everything started. A few years later I was given the option of SRS but I declined. Then I turned out to be a closet crossdresser over the years and thenin the last about 10 years have accepted the fact that I am bisexual. After that I started thinking, dream, fantasizing or whatever you want to call it, about becoming a transsexual. And now I am starting to go through the process.

By the way - josephine denice is a name that my mother and sister picked out for my "other half" while I was in the ward.
