Hi Everyone! I am a new member, and I don't mind telling you that I am from Winnipeg. I'd have to be more specific for someone to hunt me down. Any other Winter-peggers here?

I am female bodied, but I grew up knowing - no doubt about it - that I was a boy. My family was very dysfunctional, and survival became the name of the game... forget gender. I very recently realized that the need for "survival mode" is outdated. So now, as a grown up who has been living as an androgenous lesbian for 30 years, I am trying to figure out what happened to that boy. I KNEW I was a boy. I fought over. Lost friends over it. Cried over it time after time again. So, yeah, now I am trying to figure out if he is already a part of me - he's been integrated - or if there is something for me to unearth... be it dead or alive. This is all metaphorical, of course, and not meant to be either corny or dramatic. It's just the only way I can explain things right now.

I hope to make some friends here and to learn a lot by listening to other's experiences.

Let me get you some hot pizza and a cold drink...that'll help you to feel better!

The site is moderated and is very safe...and we don't judge...you are just you!

So get yourself all comfortable...I think that you'll like it here

You are not alone in Winnipeg. One of my most favorite people ever is in Winnipeg, and she is also a member here.

Welcome to the forums, Alaska,

So glad to have you here and I know that you will make some wonderful friends here.

Evan was ready to share his Philly and Koolaid - he never offereed me any food, he just makes requests for chicken fried steaks and some of my other specialties like cookies!

So when you have had enough pizza and would like a little dessert - I've got a batch of double chocolate chip cookies coming out of the virtual oven right now.

Post, ask questions and just enjoy your time here.

Welcome to the family.

Love ya,

Sally

Hi, Alaska, and welcome to Laura's. If I were you I would stick with Sally's victuals and avoid Evan's. I don't

think he's graduated from chef's school yet, and the Koolaid thing scares me

You'll find this to be a great site with a membership of warm, helpful and intelligent people who are

here to support each other. It's a fantastic resource, use it to your advantage and benefit.
