My exercise goals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doing great. Decided to move the date up, and get my frames for the new prescription lenses I want to buy.  Their exercise glasses. Because I am getting in shape, I can use them in the gym and playing sports. Something I really want to do even though I haven't told my family. They can't know until I am doing anything new because they won't believe me.  Or at least they won't believe that I am serious about keeping it up. Have told them about dieting.

I have never thought about exercise glasses! I could have used them years ago when I was last in college. I used to play squash, but it was really too risky to play with normal glasses so I didn't. The trouble was I had difficulty reacting to the small speeding ball so I was not that good at it It did keep me fit though
