plausible plots, excellent acting and great humor.

There is the obligatory hot female FBI agent, the (literally) mad but benevolent scientist,

and the funny hunk of a sidekick, who also happens to be the son of the scientist.

Check it out if you have time. Its fun T.V.

Fringe is great. We're only half way through the first season here but it's really good so far. I don't know that i'd call it a successor to The X-Files but it's a very similar concept and really well done. The character Peter's really cute -blush- lol. And the guy who play's Walter (the mad scientist) is the guy who played Denethor from Return of the King, cant think of his name but he's perfect for the character.
