Pedicures!

I got my very first pedicure today! I really didn't know what to expect so I was really nervous plus my feet are kinda ugly so I was embarrassed about that but let me tell you, it was lovely! My feet feel so soft and smooth plus I have a really cute mauve color on my toes and it's really a shame I have to hide them in closed toe shoes because of work.

It was really nice to have a professional work on my feet and get them all nice and clean and soft and pretty-looking, the foot and calf massage was lovely, the massage chair was pretty nice though I turned it off towards the end.

...and I found out I am a little ticklish when someone else is handling my feet, but I watched what she was doing and watched a little bit of TV and all was well.

My best friend was right, once you get it done once you'll want to get it done all the time now, and she's right! I'm hooked on pedicures now. Too bad I didn't have enough time....I would have loved a manicure too.

Sorry it took so long to approve your wonderful post...You always write such positive things and make us all feel so warm and fuzzy. You are great and deserved your time and having other women kneel at your feet.....going back for more? I hope so.....Mia

Lizzy, I was absolutely overwhelmed when my wife took me with her to her spa for a pedicure and manicure. I went in guy mode and was a bit intimidated at first, but after seeking several men come and go while I was there, the feeling quickly passed. I have never felt so pampered in my life!

Being a bit of a doityourselfer (and cheap) I took good notes. I purchased cuticle desolver and now do my own feet and my wife's as well. I love the clean groomed look of a little white of the nail showing and a coat of clear Sally Hanson's Hard as Nails.

Never had one before, though i want to, it soes seem like fun, it sticks you have to hide them i would need to as well, but what is important is that you feel beautiful. ^^ now i wnat to go get one, maybe in the enxt few days.
