Sweaty Feet

Hello, all you people out there!

I know, from my father telling me so, that I've had sweaty feet since I was born.

This means my feet sweat, even when they're luke warm, and uncovered. I know, because they do so, right now, causing me lose traction with the floor.

Just half day wearing socks and shoes, ends in water logged socks; and a smell that keeps my pet cat away.

Just wondering, do others have such a problem, or have they had such a problem?

If so, any suggestions as to treating this? Love to hear any, no matter how silly.

Yes! I do have a suggestion! There are anti-perspirant products for excessive sweating issues that contain Aluminum Chloride. They're not like your average Secret or Lady Speed Stick, these actually work, very well in fact. They're a bit more expensive than a typical anti-perspirant, but still very affordable, and well worth it. The one I use is called Certain-Dri, but just look for a product that contains a minimum 12% Aluminum Chloride. It will probably be a liquid in a roll-on applicator. It's not really intended for use on feet, but my boss used a similar product for his feet and he says it worked well. Wash your feet just before using, and make sure they're dry before applying (just before bed if you want it to be effective.) Dry them with a hair dryer or something if necessary. If your problem persists, you can probably get a higher concentration if you get a prescription from your doctor. Here's the best part! "aluminum chloride in high concentrations can prolong the swelling and may ultimately shrink the sweat gland, decreasing the amount of sweat it can produce. 12% minimum. Ask the pharmacist for the strongest concentration they carry, it may go as high as 25% depending on the products they carry.
