Why Is It So Scary To Be In The Men's Room?

I've acquired the ability to be ninja-like in the bathroom when I can't hold it in anymore and am forced to use the public restrooms. I sneak in, hoping no one's in there, stay in the stall until I know the coast is clear, wash my hands like the soap'll explode in seconds, then dart out, making sure to make it look like I came out of the men's room. It's worked so far!

*Is now snickering at the idea of combustible soap*

I actually had a mini-freak out in the guy's room today, it's the first time I've used the right bathroom since someone screamed out "You're in the wrong bathroom freak" a few weeks ago. Nothing happened this time around but someone walked in while I was in the stall and for no reason I just kinda froze and couldn't pee for almost 5 Gosh darned minutes.

I got sometimes in the guys restroom, i feel much more comfortable.

But the problem is when a group of people harass you, and that's what happened to me : i was in the restroom, and some italian guys started screaming a

I would say minimise conversation, but you can say things like, I'll see ya back out there or whatever. Also don't look at any other guy's junk because it implies homosexuality (this is where it sprung from), and most guys fear homosexuals in the men's room. So unless you're at a gay bar/club. Everyone's silently hetero in the mens room. Before all the talk about gay people came out, the men's room from what I heard was much more lively.

Further, if 5 urnals are there and 3 are in use, you can use the two in the middle. Some men do actually do what's in the video, but I'm like, I need to go now and I'm not gonna set somewhere. So you go up to the urnal and immediately initiate "horse vision". The guy next to you (either one) doesn't want to know if you have trouble with a zipper. Keep all difficulties to yourself when unzipping. Although if you have a difficulty unzipping, the guy next to you might begin to laugh but this is short lived and it's not something you need to reply to. This is like overdoing makeup, don't be tempted to brag about your last sexual encountre just to make "manly" conversation. It's more manly to not talk about it until you get out of that space. Talking about computer stuff or car stuff is acceptable at times, but most men as they put it prefer to do their business and leave.

Washing your hands however is amongst the more educated and higher class of men who aren't pigs, a very important thing to do. I always washed my hands and would search for soap or a towel. Men believe it or not are getting more concerned about hygiene. It's partly due to spreading viruses and bacteria, but also who wants to shake hands with a guy who was holding his "thing" and still has all that nastiness on his hands, no one! This is the exact reason why the fist knocking handshake was invented. No clean guy wants to shake hands with a known non washer. Another reason for this fear is because touching someone's hands whose not washed is to men almost identical to touching their "junk."

Sounds in the public men's room are acceptable and I've heard them frequently. The fear of using an STP is noted, but some guys "shake down" to get comfortable and many almost push their pubic bone forward and I can only assume to minimise splashback and possibly as an added bonus keep other men from seeing their "junk." So getting an stp out and positioning it where it needs to go shouldn't be any kind of a problem. Just make sure that you can get to it without reaching far for it. Another reason I guess for poking their pelvis forward is not all guys are big and some are embarassed at their lack of size, or perhaps they have some kind of STI or STD with obvious visual signs, so hiding it behind white porcelean works well.

We had soup and steamed rice for dinner tonight.  Simple, basic, feed-a-ton-of-people kind of food.  With strawberries for dessert!  We have a huge strawberry patch, so I spent a couple of hours this afternoon picking.  And there's some left over, which I put in the downstairs kitchenette.  Time for a late night snack!     Outside of meals, I mostly live by nibbling on fruit and a few green things.

Well, it is officially summer.  85 degrees outside the last two days, and GF is sick and irritable.  I have to curl up under heavy blankets in my nest, because she's got the AC turned down to the point I expect to see icicles growing on the ceiling.  This is what life is like when your partner is an arctic creature. I should be used to it by now, but just when I think its nice and warm, she has to freeze me.

I just can't resist.  Does all that mean that.............the bird is the word?

Well, that might be interesting.  At least since she's 24, its not like you're on the hook for expenses.

Been using the wok on the back deck a lot the last few months.  Just got another stock of udon noodles from Amazon and we are using those in the stir fry with onions, peppers and a spicy peanut sauce.  I did this often in the 90's too, but back then I was just using a standard Coleman camp stove instead of this high BTU wok burner.  I've had the burner for a couple years, but haven't been using it regularly until recently.

I’m a lefty. Learned to be a bit ambidextrous for certain tools that assume right handedness like scissors, but couldn’t write with my right hand to save my life.

Tangent, adjacent, opposite...  It's still rock n' roll to me.  I don't know about the "in god we trust" part of the money, but I like the lady with the scale.  And then I look left at the Indian statue on my mantel of Guanyin feeding a drop of liquid to the dragon at her feet.  In god we trust?  The lady with the scale?  Maybe this is too binary.  And then on the other side of Guanyin is that kind of pelican wood bird that sits two feet tall that I hauled back from South America through the Panama canal.  The beak broke in 1998 and I carefully saved the pieces (as I usually do) and attached them back about a decade ago.  I used a drill to make a small hole and then put a finish nail in there.  Then a hole on those two pieces that needed to be attached.  Upper and Lower beak.  There is still a seam showing.  I could cover that up, but the beak is a bright yellow and well, it's better with all the pieces in place and I don't mind seeing the crack.  I guess that is the tangent and the other two are the opposite and adjacent. -money  Why don't coders always code the "-" action in their search fields?  It's not that difficult!

@April Marie Yes, it's something to shop for at least for 6-8 weeks.

Definitely points to learn and keep in mind.  A bunch of stuff I had put in mental "cold storage" thawed out a bit there and ready again to run through my mill.  As said, a bit long and as usual from her a tad bit challenging.  Overall I see it and can use it as a working hypothesis.
