Well, I just tried it. I don't like it very much, though that's probably because I just played a game with uncooperative people, but... I'll still try to get to level five. So you can get rewards and the like.

and add me as a friend. when you are on the home screen "in-between matches" there is those three bards at the bottom right. the left most one shows all your "friends" that are online. i believe at the bottom of that opened tab there would be a "add friend" option. my username is pyro11penguin.

The teammate situation gets better once you get out of the lvl 20's because then people should by then know what most of the champion's abilities are and their roles.
