The best film ever made <3 <3 <3 IIITTTTT!!!!!!!!!!

Before I came out to my girlfriend we went to see it live and it was on the tour where Richard O' Brien said would be his last ever performance as part of the cast as he claimed he was getting too old for it *as if he is still slim and sexy and able to do all the high kicks * it was an awe inspiring moment for me, since the age of 12 I have had a poster of Tim Curry as Frank N' Furter on my wall

I first saw it when I was only 10yrs old and it completely opened up my perceptions of gender and in its own way made me understand much of myself, seeing Tim Curry looking so sexy dressed up and just oozing charisma and deadly charm as he removed the cause but not the symptons of Brad and Janet shivering and shuddering made me want to be just like him and I felt if he could be like that and be sexy then well so could I!

Anyway when we went my girlfriend asked if I was going to dress up and when I said no she looked at me puzzled and asked why and said she always thought I would be up for and said I'd look good dressed up in womens clothing, it was one of the first moments where I thought I had a chance of her accepting me if I came out and when I did she just said about the posters on my wall and my love of things like Rocky Horror always showed her she wasn't dating a "typical guy" and she always wondered about me, so YAY for Rocky Horror

ok, to anyone that goes to it, for the first time going to the midnight showing in des moines they have the "virgin treatment" which involves several very odd tasks. does anywhere else do this?

Back in the day when I was younger we used to go to RHPS every weekend and we had a "Virgin Auction" I assume this is along the lines of what you are mentioning here. This was in Cincinnati Ohio. It was great fun and even today I have shared RHPS with my children.....sort of a family tradition if you will LOL Magenta is my favorite and I used to dress as her for the show. Man those were the days and this was some good times......
