hello all. i had an amazing experience this afternoon. i went to a nail salon and had my nail done.?? i was alittle scared but that wore off very fast!!! i got the gel polish and it was clear but shiny to. the prices was good and it will last about 2 weeks or so. i have become more confident with myself to. i even went to walmart and bought more sports bras and panties. i didnt see anyone give me a weird look. it felt so good! Every so often i get my nails done and like you Susan i love it.  I have had problems reaching my right foot due to years of construction work, farming and a youth of heavy soccer playing.  Lying bank in the messaging chair with my feet in warm water as my feet are cared for, nails, calluses etc. is lovely!  I also get gels which seem to help keep my nails from cracking.

The first time i went i was with a girlfriend and like you i was scared to death.  That fear is gone now.  I walk into the salon to smiles, pick a color and relax.
