Well my all my family knows now and the way it is now, I am alone. I really felt like going down a bad road but I have started to think some and realized that that's not the answer. The answer is to put it behind me and move on with my life and feel good about myself and not worry about what others think. The only thing I am worried about is seeing my daughter someday. Hugs all

Susan, telling others can be difficult but well done on being honest to yourself and them. We can't ignore the bad stuff, just find ways to cope with it, and it sounds like you have the right way of thinking. Even if you don't always see it, other people will be better off for having you in their lives. x

Hello Susan, big hug!  Its hard since we never truly know how family and friends will react.   But as you seem to understand at some point you have to just forge your path forward.  Be true to yourself.  If the people that say they love you actually do so then they will come around after the shock wear's off, otherwise maybe you aren't as appreciated as they say you are.   Keep your head up.  Smile and be proud that you are taking control of your life.

Ah Susan, we always hope for the best but sometimes things don't work out exactly as we want.  I congratulate you on your courage to move forward on this.  I know this has been a recent priority for you.  It takes a very strong person to do what you have now accomplished.  I hope the hardest part of this is over but I realize you have other parental issues to tackle now.  It's a tough spot but we're all here for you if you need to talk.
