For the love of all that is holy and unholy, ladies don’t forget to shave before you mask!  I had shaved this morning and put on the mask this evening.  Just enough growth.

Do be careful with those products.  Female facial hair is much lighter and is not rooted as heavily.  Anything that is sticky on a face that has not had permanent hair removal is very risky and gives a nasty chance of injury or infection.  Most are like applying surgical bandage tape, which you only do when you are injured.  They become a little safer after HRT for a while, but male hair pores are larger and deeper than female ones, and those products are not made for T poisoned skin.

I usually shave right before I do a mask, but I was tired and just wanted to get it on so I could sit and relax. Lesson definitely learned.

I may not be using them right. Ever mask I've used, charcoal and otherwise, just naturally lifts off of my face once it dries. I've tried just slathering it over my face in case I wasn't using enough, but had the same results. This is always after a shower, and after scrubbing my face with just antibacterial hand soap (I'm prone to breakouts) and before I start any creams or lotions. 
Does this happen for anyone else?
