What are you wearing today?

I have a new blouse that I'm dying to wear - white with butterflies (that seems to be a theme with me lately) that I think I'll pair with crop pants.

My new Torrid trucker jacket just arrived yesterday. It's raining this morning so I think I will wear it out and about.

Good for you!

I was raised as a boy for all those years and find I still like the more neutral appearance myself. My clothes are mostly off the women's rack, but more "tomboyish".  I guess when you are intersex it just kind of "fits".

I will still be addressed as "ma'am" if I go out, so the tomboy look really works for me.

I was raised as a boy and hated it. Deep down I loved pink and now that I can openly wear it without a care of what my parents think I feel free.

It never occurred to me that there was an option, although there probably wasn't for me at the time.  I know I hated having my hair cut off.

There is a new worker at the center, she addressed me a ma'am. I'm sure the girly things would look cute, but I don't need it. 😉

Enjoying a beautiful evening at home - just finished eating dinner on the back porch - wearing a black with small white polka dots calf-length layered skirt and a gray t-shirt with flip flops.

I'll be home all weekend, so I'll be running around the house in a tank top and bootie shorts.

Just something comfortable enough, yet modest enough if I get visitors.

Today was my first ever Pride event. I didn't wear anything flamboyant or colorful. Just wanted to be a version of my true self I hadn't tried yet. My therapist told me that I should try wearing sleeveless this summer, a style I've been avoiding. So I gave it a go today, and I confess that was shocked that I felt more alive as my true self with this simple dress than I thought possible.

I love that dress @Hannah Renee! You look fabulous!!! I have to get over the sleeveless barrier, too. You go, girl!!!

I have a bit of this as well.  Not at home of course.  But I do have a fair amount of ink on my mostly upper arms, and some of it seems kinda guy-like.  I don't think that is a conscious problem but IDK.  TBH some of the tats are a bit fem for a guy.  (LOL another clue I missed?)

Usually if I go out in a sleeveless dress, I'll drape something light over my shoulders.  Maybe I feel the shoulders are too masculine, and the boobettes are on the small side.

I don't know why I worry about this stuff.  The fact is I don't exactly "pass" anyway.

I'm wearing a pair of light green crop pants and a navy popover with embroidered flowers on the 3/4 sleeves and white sneakers. The top is the one in my avatar pic - my new favorite.

I've been itching to wear a skirt all day. Why is that urge so strong!! Still not public with all this so had to wait till the rest of the family went to bed... Sitting at the computer and getting ready to say my evening prayers wearing a simple red denim skirt with a peach-colored T-shirt and peach socks. Not quite sure if it's all matching but hey I am comfortable...

I saw this concert in which it is said that the famous phrase of Jon Landau "I saw the future of rock and roll and his name is Bruce Springsteen" comes from that night. By the way Bruce opened for Bonnie Raitt that night and she was the better performer . . . just sayin'.

Astronomy and astrophotography.  I have done a few public presentations on the subject and could most likely wing it for an hour without putting you to sleep.   On the other hand if you need a sleeping pill, I could also talk for an hour about flying and you'd be out cold.

Please consider joining us, even if it's just for a few minutes to see what the meetings are like. I've learned so much, had so much fun and gained confidence in myself just by being a part of this amazing group of people. It's a low key, no pressure, non-judgmental chance to just be among people who are supportive, understanding and affirming of each other.    I'm travelling out of state and still planning on dropping in for awhile.    Come see what it's like!!

Thank you, Susan!! It was such an amazing experience for me. I can't remember if I even talked about it on a Zoom meeting.   Here is the link to the post I made about it. And, again, thank you for helping to give me the courage to do it.

Good morning coffees   This probably doesn’t exactly apply to me because you wouldn’t have found a more shy and conservative person than me.  I was perhaps less shy before my sister started complaining about me doing things that were hers to do. And I would become embarrassed and that was the end of that.   upstairs unit got their typical weekend visitors in the middle of the night last night.  They woke me up.  They have little consideration for being in a condo community and the neighbors being in such close proximity.   @awkward-yet-sweet , how goes the job with your husband’s boss?  I don’t recall you saying much about it this week, but I could have missed a post along the way.  If I recall you were supposed to meet with him last Monday.   @KymmieL I hope you are feeling better.     Yes, I find it to be wrong that just because a car part says Ford or Chevrolet on the box that same part with Lincoln or Cadillac on the box cost a lot.more.  I know there are differences in the upscale brands such as the engine and drivetrain in the Caddy and of course the interior fit and finish.  But it’s the same body with things crammed in the same way under the hood.     well, time to finish my coffee, fix my hair and made my way across the street to work.    willow

I read about her this morning. What a shame! She was beautiful and it seems she had a strong support system in place and could have had a wonderful life all to have it end like this. Such a waste. I truly hope the monster that killed her gets everything he deserves.
