All of that said, as a 10 years Post Op person, the best I can tell you  is that after all this time I cannot give you real details since Orgasm is different for every person every time, and that goes for Cis Women.  It is NOT the same as a male orgasm. 

 

You will not get the full potential for one until your are between 6 months to a year post surgery since it will take your nerve endings in the labial area to re-map in your brain and the skin itself. 

 

During your healing dilations you will get sensations from your prostate region that will be a little similar to male ejaculation but not quite there.  As your nerves heal, it will be your entire body that is involved, including your upper torso, ears, neck and just about every body part from head to literally toes. 

 

How your body reacts though will not be quite how mine does.

Unfortunately, we're kind of limited about what we can discuss on this forum.  I wish we had an 18+ section on this forum, since there's a lot of trans and intersex specific stuff that I can't ask. 

 

Perhaps you might want to look for a sexually specific forum.  There's a couple out there, although my foray into that part of the web hasn't yielded results for me, as most of the folks on there are cis

 

Unfortunately, I can't really give any information to the specific question, as I don't know any post-op trans folks in my community.  One of my friends is MtF, and she decided not to do any surgeries because she worried about sexual function afterwards, among other issues.  For me (intersex, FtM-ish), my doctor told me my plumbing is so complicated that any surgery would be difficult/high risk. 

 

What conversations have you had with your doctors or surgeon?  Perhaps they have some insight into other patients' experiences?
