one day, while visiting a mental asylum, the reporter asks the director, how do you know if a patient needs to stay here?

 

director says, well, we give the patient a bucket, a teacup, and a spoon. we fill up a bath tub, and ask the patient to empty it.

 

reporter smiles and says, ah, I understand. most people would pick the bucket, because it's bigger than the teacup or the spoon

 

director frowns and replies no, most people would pull the plug. now, did you want to sit near a window?
