what food tastes like

I am currently on a strict diet, One bowl of food in the morning and one in the evening.  Nothing else.  I have a history of anorexia pre transition but ballooned after transition.  I need to be careful though so as not to fall into old patterns.  Its working I am loosing weight nice and slowly.  Context out of the way this has made me think a lot about what I am actually eating.  I try to maximise nutrition which reducing empty food.   Food with no value like chips.

 

My observation is that post transition or more accurately post endocrine shift, I've noticed a massive shift in what I like to eat.  Here is a list of the foods I eat now which I couldn't stand before.

 

COFFEE

Figs/Dates

Mushrooms

Kefir

Liquorice

Saurcraut

Brussel sprouts

 

Here are some foods which I loved before and no longer like

Bacon

Sausages

Baked beans

Cola

 

I feel I have missed a lot off the lists.

 

Does anyone else report having massive shifts in their eating after transition and what do you attribute this to?
