How I view myself

Recommended Posts

I view myself as an androgynous person who has a fluid gender expression, and uses masculine terms to describe himself/herself/themself/etc, and has changing pronouns. someone who uses the label "Transgender" since it is such an open inclusive term.

Good morning   i don’t know what I have but something is going on.  No fever, sinus congestion, cough and intermittently my ears I’ll plug up.  It doesn’t match Covid symptoms, it could be allergies, a cold or similar virus.  I’m going through lots of tissues and talking vitamins as well as cold and flu suppressants.   @Birdie how many strands do you braid?  I’ve tried 4 but didn't like the results. And I’ve seen instructions for several more, and of course a 3 strand is pretty common for lots of things.

Good morning 😘   I braided a couple loafs of Challah bread this morning, and will pop them in the oven this afternoon when I get home.   Off to the day-centre I go....   Birdie 💖

The organization that helped me start my online group for the lgbq+ community in the past, now doesn't even acknowledge me as a online virtual facilitator, since after my social media account got hacked in the past.  Additionally, they won't even let in person walk-in groups to know the new web link to my group exists. One staff member at the walk-in support group suggested for me not contact her directly in person, but rather email her instead. sometimes I feel like I'm being gaslighted.

Emotional peace, or inner peace, is a positive emotional state that's characterized by a sense of balance and stability. It's a state of tranquility where you feel at ease with yourself, others, and the world around you.    Some ways to find inner peace include:      Spending time in nature: You can go for a walk in nature or paint what you feel.      Setting emotional boundaries: Setting emotional boundaries can help you strengthen your ability to react in a calmer way.      Social and emotional learning: Social and emotional learning can help you understand yourself in the context of your environment and peers.      Practicing mindfulness: You can practice mindfulness by focusing on your senses while doing everyday activities, like brushing your teeth.      Practicing gratitude: Practicing gratitude can help you find inner peace.      Finding inner peace doesn't depend on a problem-free life, but rather on attaining happiness, contentment, and bliss despite challenges

I personally do believe. Having made it so far in life and finally understanding who I was, acknowledging who I was, transitioning and finally finding peace, is a miracle.

Fact: The circulatory system is more than 60,000 miles long If a child’s entire circulatory system—we’re talking veins, arteries, and capillaries—were laid out flat, it would stretch for more than 60,000 miles, according to the Franklin Institute. By the time we reach adulthood, our bodies have become home to approximately 100,000 miles of blood vessels.
