I love WoW. I spent way too much time on there, immersed in the fantasy world. It's great cos I feel like I can be myself, cos no-one knows otherwise.

I used to live in MMO worlds too, for the same reason. Lately, since I've been actively transitioning and going out into the real world as myself I don't have as much desire to live my life online.

I still log into SL now and then since I have a few friends that are regulars there. I also still play EQMac occasionally, because it's as close to classic old school hardmode EQ you can get. Which is awesome.

@ Bellexia and LuRay, I haven't tried WoW yet,as I need to get a comp that can handle it first, but if and when I do, Is there a dictionary I could buy so I can understand what is being said? You two totally lost me there. I did enjoy the read, even if I understood only half of it. ;)

WoW is 8 years old and will run on a toaster, or probably even better on my S4. You just pick up MMO's / the lingo and so on as you play - we had a laugh yesterday remembering when my partner and I both saved up the 70-odd gold to by a huge bear each. Then got excited about it. Now she'll spend thousands on pets and I'm a gear/transmog ho. (My bank is literally full of dresses/tier sets)

Bellexia - Love doing the warbringer farm - spent a weekend farming them for our core raiders, then got the one from Ondasasasaasasratrasartasasasererloldino on my first pull of it. If I'm on my disco priest, then I'll 2s them with a tank, if on pala/DK, then I'll just afk while fear hits. Tanking in Demo is fun, until a pala or something comes along and vengence starts to stack, bye bye aggro.

Hah yeah I had a really nice mog set, everyone says it's ugly and doesn't go with a DK at which point I tell them they are my team colors. http://imageshack.us/a/img713/682/wowscrnshot032913152523.jpg

I have loads of sets I use from time to time. I tank in Destro :3 Those ember heals are so OP.

Sorry, but when I tried to download and run, my comp wasn't good enough, so I will have to wait for a better comp.

BTW, I am running with just 768 Mb ram, barely enough to run a browser at any reasonable speed, even the chat room bogs down.

Good God, do I ever feel old now

My favorite game is called "Life" on a cardbard gameboard where everyone playing gets their own little cars with little holes in them that you fit pink or blue (people) pegs in them...

maybe you just have to be there for any of this to make any sense...

I played a MMO called real life before. Player versus player is really intense. The graphics are amazing but when you die you lose all your gear and your family bickers over who gets the loot you dropped.

I've played this Real Life game you guys mention. The graphics were amazing but the gameplay was downright dull. Plus, seemed like most of the other players were constantly arguing about whether there was an Admin or not.

Wait, I didn't know non electronic games were available to choose from as well.

In that case, my favorite is D&D tabletop rpg. Yes, the game with pencils, paper, funny looking dice, and all that. It looks silly from an outsiders perspective, but it actually very VERY fun when you're with the right group. It's a very social game and a great way to have fun on the weekend without spending money.

What System do you play? I am a 2E person myself, but have been trying to learn the later editions as well.

I love the Mass Effect games especially and can't wait for the 4th one. And I also enjoyed Dishonored as well :) I played all of these on PC but I also like a bit of Gran Tourismo 5 on the ps3.

I don't know if any of you will have played it, but my favourite game of all time is Shenmue I/II on the Sega Dreamcast. It was the first RPG game that I had bought (despite having a PS1 for a years previously), and it was incredible. There was a whole game World to explore, where you were free to ignore the main quest (I spent so much time playing the Space Harrier, Darts and Hang-On games in the arcade!). Add in an intriguing story mixed with detective elements, martial arts, and Japan and it's still my favourite. I have long waited the day when the saga would be finished, but I doubt it now :(

A very close second is Skies of Arcadia/Skies of Arcadia: Legends. A much, much larger game world than Shenmue, explored by airships featuring Air Pirates. I remember playing the demo, and it took two hours to finish (it went through to the first main dungeon of the game). The lands were full of colour, and the battle system was different (never played a turn-based RPG before). Again, it's still easily playable even now :)

Third has to be Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped. No explanation needed, Crash Bandicoot is just awesome :)

Lots of love, Lily xxx

PS. Favourite game of this generation is easily Mass Effect trilogy - Renegade interrupt every time! I've always found it natural to be evil in video games...

I'm currently playing World of Tanks again. After more than a years hiatus, game update and compy wouldn't play it any more. Now that I have a new compy, that will play it, I've been having a lot of fun again, shooting tanks.

Germany has more castles than there are McDonald's in the United States. Yep, you heard that right. Germany is estimated to have 25,000 castles, and there are around 13,000 McDonald's locations in America.   In Washington state, there's a real-life law stating it's illegal to kill bigfoot and other sasquatch-like creatures.

DREAD f you’re anticipating something positive, you’re probably motivated to summon all your patience to wait for it—and sometimes for extended time periods. It may be counter-intuitive, yet in certain instances such waiting can itself be gratifying. Consider Carly Simon’s song “Anticipation,” the old Heinz ketchup ads, and—especially—recent research pointing in the opposite direction as regards awaiting something highly aversive. In this post I won’t be reviewing ketchup commercials, but I will be exploring some intriguing research on dread-infused anticipation.

So an update from me.   Had my endo appointment last night. Went very well and they are sending 3 months supply of estrogen (estradoil patches) and the anti-androgens whilst my Dr gets a shared care agreement sorted out. So happy, should start HRT tomorrow!! Cost for the 3 month supply is £70 total for me, so not too bad. Not told my parents about this yet, but them being in spain, not sure they need to know yet.   Can't wait to start, just got to think about where to put the patches now and wait for the changes...

Good Morning    well it’s Friday for most, pay day for some.  For me it’s pay day but not Friday.  I work the same opening shift tomorrow.  I typically have Friday on Saturday and Monday on Tuesday.     @KymmieL it does sound like your shop has an issue and you are smack in the thick of it.  The new gal or guy often is.  We have an issue with new people not getting fully trained before being turned loose on customers.  Some struggle through it and some quit because of it.  I try to get them working with customers as quickly as I can but I stay right with them observing, helping, even jumping in when things are getting backed up to keep the stress down.  Not everything comes up during training so when things do, even later after trying is done, I try to help and explain.  Our ASM feels that once she has you scanning barcodes and taking money she is done training.  Generally, refuses to train me on things that she does, and questions why I’m doing something that she normally handles when I’ve been told to do it as part of my advancement training.     She and the cashier involved both keep trying to toss the manager under the bus over a hours of work issue and shifts.  I tell her I realize her issues and I’ll work what ever she needs.  Because of that I tend to get a better more consistent schedule.   Well, time to say Happy Trails to you, until we meet again.   Hi ho Silver, away   Willow

That does get you the 'starting point' for cup size, but manufacturers, style, breast shape, etc... will effect the results.    Step one is of course finding the proper band fit, then figuring out the approximate cup size with the calculations. Of course you need to try on a few styles after that in different cup sizes close to your measured result until you get the perfect fit.    I have bras in a DD that fit just like my bras in DDD both from Torrid but different styles.    I have some DDD's that fit awesome and some that are a bit loose, but I measure a 46G. It's not wonder that 80% of women are wearing them wrong bra.

I firmly believe I drank entirely to much for about 25 years. Got drunk every day. This was my coping mechanism to keep hiding deep inside that I was a woman. I miss a lot of signs over the years. Now I drink mabye 1 or 2 beers a day don't even get a buzz anymore. totally accept myself and on regret is that I hide that part of my self which  truly makes me happy being violet 💜. I wasted a lot of time before  being self destructive and had no clue I was just hiding th real me
