If your buying a bottle of wine and the cashier asks you for your ID, looks at it and says "well you have updated this a while" You area mildly shocked and ask "why do you say that?", and he replies "because you look noticeably different. Must be a high school picture" and the picture was taken late February and you started HRT in early march a whole 3 months and 3 weeks ago.
