Reaching my target weight

Had a good double day workout day today.  Today on RIPT90 was a stretch day workout.  I felt nice a loose and comfortable.  I then went into doing the Alexis Ren Ab workout and that my stomach feel sore, but I know something is working.  My weigh in for today is 213 which is the same as yesterday.

Cannot wait till I see my Endo later on today to go over my numbers and see what there scale will say.  But the weigh in at the doctors office will be in the afternoon so my weight will be higher in the afternoon.

Thank You.  The doctors scale read yesterday 216lbs.  But my appt was in the afternoon and I did have lunch and breakfast and I know that you weigh more in the afternoon than morning.  But my doctor did congratulate me on the weight loss from when I last saw her in Nov. I was 230lbs and now at 216 to them.  I told them what I am doing.

My endo agrees with the choice of the Diabetic's cookbook that I am using and it is a grate way to plan meals and eat healthy.  My blood pressure is normal and then I was so calm in the office that the finger heart beat reader was not reading me and thinking I was dead, so they had to get me the old fashion way with the 2 fingers on my neck.

My Endo took me off the progesterone since it has been since Nov. and I have not noticed anything from that other than bloating.  So we took me off the progesterone.

Other than that, I like what the doctor's office scale said, My endo is impressed with me cutting soda, alcohol, fast food, processed foods since December.

That’s fantastic. With less bloating you should also feel better too.

Today I weighed in at 182.5 pounds so my weight loss continues.

Good news Amy. And Natalie you’re withering away quite nicely. Lol. I’m skiing today so that’s my workout. I haven’t been on skis in 25+ years! But it’s like riding a bike. I swapped to a board when I was 14. So it’s been a good while. Lol. But my son skis and I told him I’d ski with him. Wish I was riding though.

No idea what my weight is. But I’m feeling skinny. Abs are tight but not visible yet. But getting there. I don’t have a lot of weight on me anymore that I can lose. So it’s all strength now. ?

I think I am catching something, cause I have missed everyday of my workout routines so I am feeling sad, but yet, I have not been feeling good with a sore throat and runny nose.  I have not been eating much.  I have been trying to keep up my eating good and drinking alot of fluids like OJ and water.  But I have been sleeping alot.  When I stood on the scale to see my weight, I must be not feeling right cause I lost 5lbs since Monday and have not worked out and yet I am not really eating so yes I must be catching something.

Sorry you’re feeling sick Amy. But yaaayyyyy on the weight loss.

I weighed in today. Same as I was on the first. Literally no change as of this morning. Talk about a plateau. I am still getting good activity days every day. I am eating about 11-1200 cals a day (protein shake, salad, and healthy dinners with fruit for snacks daily) and nothing. No changes. So idk. But I’m gonna keep going how I am. It is very healthy. I am much stronger than a couple months ago. And I am losing fat. I’m just about down my 6th belt loop since like Xmas. But I’m apparently adding muscle for all the fat lost. Or I’m just the ultimate plateauer. ?. I’d really like to drop that 14.8 pounds still, but it’s just not working. Idk. The weather is changing here so I’m hoping to get back into running at lunch every day. Maybe that’ll push me past this whatever it is. ??

My apartment has that crappy fake wood floor but the house in Virginia has hard wood floors in most of the house. Once the house is sold I can buy something nice in Texas and be done with the move.

It has been a tough second half of the week and over the course of three or so days I have lost a grand total of .1 pounds and weighed in at 182.4 pounds. I guess a loss of weight is a loss of weight but dang. My caloric intake has been roughly 1000 to 1100 a day and I have been burning 2800+ calories a day. I should be losing weight. The only thing I can figure is I am retaining water.

I reached a mile stone today in starting the loss of the next pound. Today I weighed in this morning at 181.9 pounds. Roughly 41.9 pounds to go. How cool is it that I am almost under 40 pounds to go? A few months ago it was over 50 pounds to go. :D

Way to go Rithia.  I am saving my weigh in till Monday since I do it on a weekly basis now.  I know it is not going to look good since early in the week I was not feeling good and now I am feeling good but suffering from the AZ allergies with the pollen count.  But I have picked back up on the workout's with RIPT90 and feeling good.  The whole time I was sick and now allergies, I did not let my eating habits go out the window.  I still ate healthy and I think that is what helped me recover pretty fast.

Today I did the Alexis Ren Ab workout and was able to stay with it for the full 10min.  My abs are still feeling it, but I love the way how it feels.

Today's weekly weigh in is still at 214lb.  After not working out last week with being sick and then AZ allergies, I ready to double up the workout.  But I am happy that I did not gain weight either.  Even though I was sick and still ate.  I ate healthy still and watched my portions.  Since I have been controlling my portions, I am finding that it is natural for me to eat smaller portions and I can no longer eat full size meals.

Just finished my workout on RIPT90.  This Body Fat Burning was tough.  During the workout, my HR got up to 122bps and now cooling down and letting my HR come back down to normal

Nice job Amy.

I was meaning to post my weigh in here but got wrapped up with work. So today my weigh in was 180.8 pounds. I’m so close to being under 180 now. ?

Have not posted in awhile.  Today I started to add running to my routine.  Since I have not jogged or ran in awhile.  My boss told me about a good app to get me back started and it is a nice app.  I am doing the couch to 5k and the app that I am using is the C25K.  Day 1 Week 1 was a total of 30min.  5min for warm ups, then it was a mix of 1min jog, 1.30 walk and you do it for 8 times and then a 5min cool down.  I am feeling very well and ready for more workout.  I am thinking on adding some Alexis Ren ab workout now to work my core.  Here is my hear rate for the jog and walk for 20min

I am still at my same weight. I am not losing anything. But I will say that my hips have really started growing the last month or so. And my muscle definition continues to get better. But alas there’s just no weight loss right now. It’s just so weird. I’m on a 1200 cal a day diet, I have 2 meals a week max that don’t fit into that. And one is sushi so it’s not like they’re bad meals when I’m not being strict. I’m getting exercise 5-6 days a week. And I’m looking thin #AF, but I’m just stuck at this 182-185 weight. Idk what else I can do.

Literally this is my food

breakfast- protein shake

lunch 3 cups of salad with 2tbsp of dressing

snack- fruit

dinner- portion controlled meal with 1 carb, 1 protein, and 1 veggie serving. No food after dinner and around 100fl oz of water a day.

I am doing a 30 minute workout every day and I’m pushing hard plus many days I end up well over my 10k steps. Yesterday I was almost 16k steps for gods sake.

So idk. I’m at a loss. My coach says the same thing. It’s just not working right this second for whatever reason. But I’m healthy. I feel great. I look pretty good (still no visible abs) and I can outlast the boys now too when we are running around outside! Which is awesome and  if you have sons you know how hard that is!

So I really am at a loss with this. But I’m happy that my lifestyle is changed. It’s so clean and healthy. And that’s really what I’m most proud of for why I’ve accomplished since we started. No more fast food. 1-2 pieces of pizza vs a whole pizza, 3-4 servings of veggies every day. 2 of fruit as well. No candy. No chips. None of that crap. And I made it thru March alcohol free! Well I will make it to Saturday the 30th. We have a charity event and it’s open bar so that’s when I’m done. But in 7 weeks now I’ve had 1/2 of a light beer and nothing else. And that was feb 27th which was my sons family birthday party. So it was social more than anything. I may do this again sometime. Maybe June. Idk. Its a fun challenge to test out.

Way to go @Kirsten on your life style change and also going the month alcohol free.  I with you on feeling like I am not losing anything either.  For myself, I have been alcohol free since December 1 with the exception of my birthday.  But I have been alcohol free, soda free, fast food free, processed food free since December and I am feeling better.  Since March 1st, I have really upped my workout routine even harder where I can say that I am burning 1000 calories a day and eating 1400 calories a day.  Been making alot more home made meals, I have apples, and plain yogurt with mixed berries for snack, Been eating alot more veggies and have cut my carbs way down lower and even changed out my bread from white to whole wheat.  But what I am really proud of with myself is the fact that I am no longer a slug and feel energized, healthy, feeling good, and love how my refrigerator has done a complete 180 from having no veggies and fruits to now I am packed with veggies and fruits.  The funny thing is that I have a un-open bag of lays chips still sitting in my cupboard that I have not touched since I bought them back in December.  Wonder if they are any good.

I love how I am feeling

Overall you guys are rocking out. Don’t give up from not losing weight.

Today my weigh in was 179 pounds.

I had a solid talk about my weight with my doctor this week. And I feel much better about everything now. I am at 182 and that’s technically 3 pounds too high for a female my size, but that’s to be expected. She says my body fat % is definitely below 15% which I guess is good. And my BMI is also on the top end of the scale for me, but once again very understandable being a first year trans woman. I am down a total of 7 belt loops right now from Jan 1st. And my size 10 pants are even a bit loose in the waist. So I am truly happy about where I am for once. I do have some sagging skin from all of the weight loss, but she thinks it’ll tighten up if I keep with sensible meals and regular exercise.

Monday my group is starting a new workout routine and I’m going to do it as well. I’m even going to do it with them at 4am! It’s gonna be crazy, but I am excited to say I did it. It’s only 3 weeks for this series, but I’m hoping I like the early early morning workouts. Plus if I do, it leaves the entire evening for running now that the weathers changing. We will see.

Nothing else is any different. Doing videos or something every day, still eating very healthy (shake, salad, fruit, sensible dinner) every day. And minimal cheats. Of corse I have 2 cheats coming in the next 5 days. Casino trip Friday, and Celtics vip fan experience tix Monday.

But I’m even okay if I gain a pound or two from that. I have to be happy at my current weight. And the doc said that simply maintaining your weight when you start hrt is really good. Most people gain quite a chunk I guess. Idk. Not me! Lol. And I think some of that is everyone here in this group pushing each other. It’s so much easier to do this stuff with a support web. So thank you to you all! And keep up the awesome work too!! Bikini season is coming!!!!! ???

And just like that the plateau has been broken! Idk if it is really gone, or I just happened to step on the scale at an opportune time, but 179.4 this morning!! I haven’t changed much. I shifted my evening snack to before dinner at 430 instead of 7 like it was. Other than that it’s all the same.

I also noticed I have lost my belly! It is flat. No bulge at all! Just nice and smooth. It even comes in a touch compared to my ribs which are slightly visible now too. Well not visible, but outlined I guess. I have some badness coming this weekend with a casino trip tomorrow that includes an all you can eat buffet meal and some drinking. And the vip Celtics basketball tix I won on Monday which will definitely include a couple of drinks. So I’m not optimistic about the timing. But I am very very happy to break that 180 plateau! Just gotta keep working and things  will work out.

That’s great news Kristen! I’m at 178.2 pounds and wearing a shirt today I haven’t been able to wear in years. I’m very happy right now.

My waist is down to 40.5 inches so that is another improvement where I can see my tummy shrinking little by little. It’s not flat yet but bettering there. Congratulations on getting a flat stomach back. That is a huge accomplishment.

Awesome Natalie! If you were a little closer I’d say we are going to the beach this summer! Lol. Kind of a long drive though. Maybe a call from the beach instead! ??

Germany has more castles than there are McDonald's in the United States. Yep, you heard that right. Germany is estimated to have 25,000 castles, and there are around 13,000 McDonald's locations in America.   In Washington state, there's a real-life law stating it's illegal to kill bigfoot and other sasquatch-like creatures.

DREAD f you’re anticipating something positive, you’re probably motivated to summon all your patience to wait for it—and sometimes for extended time periods. It may be counter-intuitive, yet in certain instances such waiting can itself be gratifying. Consider Carly Simon’s song “Anticipation,” the old Heinz ketchup ads, and—especially—recent research pointing in the opposite direction as regards awaiting something highly aversive. In this post I won’t be reviewing ketchup commercials, but I will be exploring some intriguing research on dread-infused anticipation.

So an update from me.   Had my endo appointment last night. Went very well and they are sending 3 months supply of estrogen (estradoil patches) and the anti-androgens whilst my Dr gets a shared care agreement sorted out. So happy, should start HRT tomorrow!! Cost for the 3 month supply is £70 total for me, so not too bad. Not told my parents about this yet, but them being in spain, not sure they need to know yet.   Can't wait to start, just got to think about where to put the patches now and wait for the changes...

Good Morning    well it’s Friday for most, pay day for some.  For me it’s pay day but not Friday.  I work the same opening shift tomorrow.  I typically have Friday on Saturday and Monday on Tuesday.     @KymmieL it does sound like your shop has an issue and you are smack in the thick of it.  The new gal or guy often is.  We have an issue with new people not getting fully trained before being turned loose on customers.  Some struggle through it and some quit because of it.  I try to get them working with customers as quickly as I can but I stay right with them observing, helping, even jumping in when things are getting backed up to keep the stress down.  Not everything comes up during training so when things do, even later after trying is done, I try to help and explain.  Our ASM feels that once she has you scanning barcodes and taking money she is done training.  Generally, refuses to train me on things that she does, and questions why I’m doing something that she normally handles when I’ve been told to do it as part of my advancement training.     She and the cashier involved both keep trying to toss the manager under the bus over a hours of work issue and shifts.  I tell her I realize her issues and I’ll work what ever she needs.  Because of that I tend to get a better more consistent schedule.   Well, time to say Happy Trails to you, until we meet again.   Hi ho Silver, away   Willow

That does get you the 'starting point' for cup size, but manufacturers, style, breast shape, etc... will effect the results.    Step one is of course finding the proper band fit, then figuring out the approximate cup size with the calculations. Of course you need to try on a few styles after that in different cup sizes close to your measured result until you get the perfect fit.    I have bras in a DD that fit just like my bras in DDD both from Torrid but different styles.    I have some DDD's that fit awesome and some that are a bit loose, but I measure a 46G. It's not wonder that 80% of women are wearing them wrong bra.

I firmly believe I drank entirely to much for about 25 years. Got drunk every day. This was my coping mechanism to keep hiding deep inside that I was a woman. I miss a lot of signs over the years. Now I drink mabye 1 or 2 beers a day don't even get a buzz anymore. totally accept myself and on regret is that I hide that part of my self which  truly makes me happy being violet 💜. I wasted a lot of time before  being self destructive and had no clue I was just hiding th real me

Well it not morning and I haven’t been on her for a while but it’s nice to be back.  Did some catching up on everyone.  I do have a question, how is Toronto Canada for a get away? Is it a safe and friendly area for us to go.  The wife and I are looking for some where to go to allow me to be my true self.     thanks in advance

Hey, everyone. my life is going down the tubes. at least I think. So, today. A customer called about his car, I told him that the oil change was done. The parts to fix the check engine light are ordered. He can come and get it. For the weekend if he wants. Customer says I didn't want an oil change. it was check the engine light and check for an oil leak. Checking the work order says oil change. The boss wrote the vehicle up. checking with the customer on services wanted.   Being that I wrote down the appointment in the book. and clearly states oil leak. She is complaining because she can't read my small ish writing. It seems she read oil and assumed it as an oil change. It seems like she is blaming me.  She wound up going home because she was too upset. She is stressing about an eye problem she has, she has to get eye surgery it seems she has a tear in her eye.    I feel that I am short for this job. because of the BS they are blaming me on. Plus I am still upset about the trust issue. If either one of the bosses start their Shite tomorrow. I am walking out.
